Please notice that the Final Entry Form (Form #3) has had minor changes (Trasportation item). Please download it again if you had downloaded it before February 24th.

The forms #1 and #2 must be returned, together with the proof of transfer of funds, via fax to: +593 4 2774071 or +593 4 2770121

Each country must designate a person as the official contact with the Organizing Comitee (NoR 25). Please register the contact's e-mail address at: amneriscloos@hotmail.com

The e-mail stated at the bottom of the forms must coincide with that of the official contact. We will aknowledge receipt of the fax to that e-mail address.

The forms are prepared to be printed on a DIN A4 sheet of paper.
